Who we are

What data we ask for
In this website’s form: your name, your email, your startup’s name and, if you like, a line about what you need.
If we move forward after the first call, we send you a separate form to get to know your project.
What we use it for
- To reply, send you a confirmation email and set up the 1:1 meeting.
- To prepare that meeting and, if you want, a proposal.
We don’t sell it, share it or use it for advertising.
Who else sees it
Only the Agar team. To store and send it, we use hosting, email and form providers that process it on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Up to 6 months if we don’t start working together. If you hire us, for as long as the business relationship lasts and as the law requires.
Cookies
This website doesn’t use tracking or advertising cookies. If we measure visits, we do it with a tool that doesn’t store cookies or any data that identifies you.
Security
The website runs on an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and only the Agar team can access the responses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We’ll reply within the deadlines set by Argentine Law 25,326.
The data subject has the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in Article 14, paragraph 3 of Argentine Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information, as the Control Body of Law No. 25,326, has the power to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on personal data protection.
